Email Setup for CUNY Queens College Students

As a CUNY Queens College Student, you should check your email frequently. To help you udo so, you should add your QC Mail account to each of your own personal devices.

Simple Setup for all Devices

The specific process varies for each device, but it basically involves four steps:

  1. Go to your Settings and add an Exchange account.
  2. Enter your Office 365 login:
    • Username: Your CUNYFirst username, e.g. Juan.Monroy21@qmail.cuny.edu
    • Password: Your CUNYFirst password
  3. If asked, the server is outlook.office365.com.
  4. If asked, the domain is your Office 365 username.

Repeat these for each computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.
